Are You Snoring ?

Wahhhh ! there's nothing worse than the sound of someone snoring if you're trying to get a goodnight sleep, or maybe it's me who snores "hahaha". Joe's , snores and it sound like the exhaust pipe of a car with bad gasoline and it really bothers me so much because I cannot go to sleep. I did tried, to turns him on his other side , bought some stop-snores strips or whatever they've said to do but still its not working at all .

I was surfing the world wide web to get some answers and what causes people to snores. It was kind a scary because snoring isn't just noisy but often it's a sign of a serious condition that should be treated by a doctor. According to my research,Snoring can be happen to anyone ( young or old ) and it happens when a person can't move air freely through his or her nose and mouth during sleep.

There are couples of why people snore and here are some of the most common: - seasonal allergy -blocked nasal passages -deviatedseptum -enlarge or swollen tonsils or adenoids -drinking alcohol and -being overweight

But the most scary one! is sometimes snoring is also a serious sleep disorder known as sleep apnea . When someone suffers sleep apnea his or her breathing is irrigular during sleep and typically stop breathing for short amount of time 30 to 300 times a night! and this can be a big problem if the person doens't get enough oxygen. And people with sleep apnea diagnosis often wake up with really bad headaches and will feel very tired and can't even functions to do things all day long.

I am now considering to let Joe go and visit our doctor for check-up and see if his suffering such disorder and ask about this Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machine that supposed to be good to help people with sleep apnea. I am really glad that now I knew and found some solution for his sake.
