Markova !
I am now watching "Markova" the movie right now and it's getting nicer now. I never heard this story before but it's pretty interesting . It came out during the 2003 and here is the synopsis :
A gay man, Walter Dempsey Jr., reminisces growing up in the Philippines during World War II at a time of great unrest and injustice. Deep memories are stirred up while Walter speaks with a reporter and watches a film on prostitution during the war era. He remembers his days as a gay prostitute and the abuse he faced from family and Japanese soldiers. He also deals with the pain of his struggle in the present where society still has reservations with accepting him.
