I was checking my morning news and found this old folks wearing a protesting signs, screaming for their cakes, doughnuts and pies back! It's really hard to take this kind of goods from them because I saw Mom love sweets and I will never take it away from her not unless if she gobble the whole package of it in one seating.

I just wish, people or bakers who donates sweets to Senior citizens homes should consider on making it more healthy, less sugary, low fat and high in fiber. I love sweets too but the last time I've eaten donuts was months ago........I prefer to eat my own baking to make sure I am going to be loaded with unhealthy foods. Mwaah!

This is so complicated...on the other hand, diabetes is a real condition, but then sweets...who can say no to that?
