Ensaymada

( photo grabbed )

I know, it's yummy, high in cholesterol and fats but I have to learn how to make one. I thought, it would be nice to have some during holiday's or any special events . I can eat like a dozen of this if nobody will dare to stop me "hahahhaha". Zackary, can eat at least 2 big ones of this straight when we were still in Pinas.

My uncle, used to shown me how to make a perfect and extra yummy ensaymada before at their bakery but I am too damn to remember every steps "naks!". And here, I am trying to remember or look some recipes online and hoping to find the easy one. Mwahh !
