Seafood Chowder

( photo grabbed )

Have you tried to make seafood chowder before ? I love chowder but I usually cook mine because the one in the restaurant is always packed of fats and calories. I usually, used crabs and lobters meat , fat free chicken stock, lot's of sweet onions, cubed potatoes, and fat-free low calorie cream of mushroom soup, with a dash of salt and pepper and that's it! and if you want it a bit creamier then add a bit of non-fat milk and your ready to go.
