That Bisaya Chickens !
Today , is judgement day for two of my chickens ! "nyahahha " I am glad I did not named them or else I will be crying. I finally, slaughters two of my rooster because their more than big enough and I need to start putting boxes for the hens to lay some eggs.
Dressing the chickens was drivingme nuts ' " it tooks me forever to finished" cleaning them. I made some soup with sweet basil on it and ofcourse the never forgotten adobo for the kids. I did hide when I did the "thing " you know. Anyway, I took some pictures of the food I cooked and I will post it next time.
