UK Home Information Pack Update

I am right now in RICS.org website reading all the new updates on UK Home Information Pack Updates. I am so sure you are now wondering what in the world I am talking about! Anyway, RICS are the authoritive body and source of information for HIPs or Home Information Packs and the current situation in the UK.

Starting September 10, all homes in England and Wales with 3 bedrooms or more will need a Home Information Pack (HIP), which includes a home energy rating. In this Pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), containing advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. And in the Packs also included some documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title.

And as what I've read, the introduction of HIP is already starting to shown some good result such as: reduce cost and improve transparency in the housing market. This is really pretty interesting guys, and I hope that most countries will consider this kind of method too. So if your interested to learn more about the HIPs then check the website today.
