Now, all I need is to buy all the necessary ingredients and hoping I can have that Eclectrics® Mixer of my dreams. Fudgy Cream Cheese Brownies
3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoon reduced calorie stick margarine, softened.
1 large egg
1 large egg white
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
cooking spray
1 block fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar 1 large egg white
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, Cream 3/4 cup sugar and margarine at medium speed of a mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg white, beat well. Add flour and cocoa to creamed mixture, beat well. Add vanilla, beat well. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar at high speed. Add 1 egg white. Pour mixture over chocolate, make a swirl. Bake at 350 degrees F for 3o minutes. Enjoy !
