Tai chi

I talked to my doctor today and she told me to do some graceful exercise daily . She introduced "Tai chi" to me and I am now into it because I did this one before but never learned much because I am still crazy and no interest.

Do you know, that Tai chi is a series of gentle movements that can bring about stress reduction, improved balance and many other health benefits? tai chi (ti-CHE) is a meditation in motion and originally developed in China as a form of self-defense. I have couple of friends who still enjoyed this tai chi thing and how I wish I can be with them to do it. I really need some sort of exercise like tai-chi and maybe it will help me find my inner peace and take away all my body and mental stress "pronto"!
