Beef fajita for Lunch

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Yum yum...beef fajitas and black bean soup for lunch are a real treat for me and I cannot wait to start and dig in.

recipes we've used for the fajitas:

Wash your hands, and marinate lean strip beef meat with soysauce, ground pepper and salt, slices of onion and garlic, pinch of sugar , and lemon juice whole night. Saute` or grill...you choose.

Saute slices of red and green bell peppers and sweet onion in a pan till tender then add the meat "bwalahhhhhhh'...and grab some tortilla flour, fat-free sourcream and guacamole if you have any and start eating. Mwahh.
