Hahahha....nothing much to write but I have to make a post today just to make me keep going on and on. Zack, went back to school this morning after a whole week break (winter) wearing his cowboy boots to show-off . His too excited thinking that it's almost Easter again "when is that April? " ...but I promised to bake some chocolate oatmeal cookies though when he get home.
I feel alright so far and trying to amuse Dylan while his watching the Dora Explorer show "is that supposed for girls only ?" but hey! his enjoying it a lot because he knew Go Diego show is coming next. We tease him a lot that Dora is his girlfriend ... and he squealed like a mad bird !!! "hahahhaa".
Anyway, that's all for now and I have to leave you all something to do :

Pinoy Style Cooking Trip

Tired of me ? hope not... I went with Delia to Farmer's Market the other day to buy all the ingredients we need for our Pinoy food cooking trip. It was fun going out without our kids following our butts because we can do and go crazy shopping without screaming , whinning, crying, potty, and fighting around "hahahhaha". Joe, was watching the kids 2 days in a row by himself so I can go and do anything I want. How about that ? but I decided to go with them to the park and played at least 2 hrs. " till I dropped" "naks ! and went to Mcdee and more playing happened. Yesterday, I took the boys with me to Delia house for our cooking plans. We did cooked kilawen ( Lutchi's version) with lots and lots of ginger but no chili because the pregnant might not like it. I used the pork skin, belly and ears ( sorry for the said pork body parts) ...but hey I eat as long it don't move. It was yummy and we did enjoyed the dish. We also, cooked mongo with fried pork and bittergourd (Ilocana style ) ....and ofcourse, suman nga pilit and cassava wrapped with banana leaves from a scratch !!! ( you must be proud of us ) and because were not satisfied yet we made some bilo-bilo (binignit or tabirak sa bisaya pah) before dawn. Og gosh! food everywhere and it's all delicious ...no diet and exercise this week for me. I have to get back on track before it's too late for me and feel ugly again. But I saved some pictures to share.

Ate Delia and Baby Michelle Shower

Now you can't stop me by posting...hope you all guys won't get tired reading my adventures and stories. Last February 18, 2007, was Delia (good friend) baby shower !!! she's going to have her 3rd baby girl this coming March and everybody can't wait to see the new addition of their family. The celebration was fun and so the kids was enjoying the foods, games and meeting new people. I did enjoyed the event despite the fact that I had a bad encounter to my fellow Pinay "bwahahahhah". I am not going to name her but she offended me for being so tactless and stupid. All I wanna do that moment in which her husband setting beside her is to grab, pull and twist that hair around her neck " bwahahhaha". When I started depending my ego and said not to happy words back to her....the husband started patting her back and calm her down because I am better and smarter than her "naks". Delia, never knew the issues but called me the following day and apologized about the action of what we called "BAKIKANG" girl. I did told Joe about it and he's proud of me because I can depend and still stayed civil even without him around "hahahahah" . But anyway, it was fun and I won some of the prizes.

North Carolina trip and Valentine's Day

Hello Guys! okay...I'm trying to be good on this posting as often as I could. Anyway, Mom and Dad... finally moved to their new place and we went for a visit last month. I loved the new house so much that I want to move-in too (haahhaa). Sorry, I have no photo of the house to show you all . My Valentine's Day, was like a normal day because no flowers and chocolates for me as my request from Joe. But, I sent a balikbayan to mama and tatay and went shopping for myself. The kids, woke-up with goodies waiting for them so they were happy as a bee. And I took Zack to his bookfair and straight to his Valentine's Party so more and more sweets ( imagine the jumping and running every corners of the house). To Aunt Pepet, "thank You" for the money you've sent. Zack and Dylan, went shopping and bought some toys.

Christmas and New Year 2006 Updates

Christmas was simple and no special presents for mommy and daddy because money was tight !!! but it never stopped spoiling the kids with toys and more surprises. We always make sure that the kids will always have something fun to remember on Christmas Day. This year, I tried to explained the meaning of Christmas ( Birth of Jesus ) and Santa Clause to the boys and it seem they understand a bit "hahahha" hopefully... our Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner was a good one because I don't have to dig in 'till I drop !!! so no weight nor inch gained on my butt and waist " so far ".
The boys, was having a blast on christmas day because Santa Clause dropped by and they were abled to lit some sparklers outside during New Year's Eve even though it rained. Watching them happy makes me and daddy happy too so have a blessed year to all of us.

Dylan 3rd Birthday Update

Hello Guys, here I am trying to do some of my promises. Dylan 3rd birthday, was great eventhough just the four of us celebrating. I always make sure the kids will have fun and unforgetable moments no matter what "good" or "bad" so I have to cook, bake or do anything that makes their special day a happy one.

During my birthday ( Dec. 16 )....it was simple but extra ordinary for me because I got all the things that I wanted for the kitchen and my favorite bruster's Neopolitan ice cream cake courtesy of Joenaks !

Ok ! I have to stop now, I don't wanna spoil my returned "hehehhe".
