It's been a month now that 60 % of my diet is eating any kinds of just plain soup and that means I made my own with plain water, leek or any kind of vegetables with salt and pepper and sometimes with chicken breast, turkey or some lean meat. It sucks! at first but once you get used of it then you will look for it anytime you eat.

Right now, I am eating my left-over sinigang with some lean pork meat. This diet of mine better be working good because sometimes I want to shove some donuts, chocolate cookies, brownies and whole pack of pizzas into my mouth. Bow!

My all around cleaning lady ( ME ) decided to do the house cleaning today , after a week on not getting her butt off from the couch. I was checking my morning news and found this old folks wearing a protesting signs, screaming for their cakes, doughnuts and pies back! It's really hard to take this kind of goods from them because I saw Mom love sweets and I will never take it away from her not unless if she gobble the whole package of it in one seating.

I just wish, people or bakers who donates sweets to Senior citizens homes should consider on making it more healthy, less sugary, low fat and high in fiber. I love sweets too but the last time I've eaten donuts was months ago........I prefer to eat my own baking to make sure I am going to be loaded with unhealthy foods. Mwaah!

We were goofinf outside the other day and I had the chance to take some photos of them together. It's pretty hard to take picture of them together anymore because their both silly and crazy and fighting each other ...my Dylan, don't like Zack to hold him for no reasons at all. I know, it's yummy, high in cholesterol and fats but I have to learn how to make one. I thought, it would be nice to have some during holiday's or any special events . I can eat like a dozen of this if nobody will dare to stop me "hahahhaha". Zackary, can eat at least 2 big ones of this straight when we were still in Pinas.

I am the only cook that cannot cook puto well. I did made several times already but just can't get thesame taste like what we have back home. I followed the procedures and bought the exact ingredients but still.

I am showered with muscadines right now because Joe's co-worker who live maybe 10 minutes from the houses have jungle of trees of it. I am supposed to visit them the other day to pick my own but I forgot and was too lazy "nyahahha".

I wish your all aware now specially to mommy's tagging along their little ones that crocs, kids and escalators are bad combination! It's been reported all over the world that at rail stations and shopping malls, particularly children, getting their toes caught in escalators... This 4 year old boy named Rory McDermontt got a croc-clad foot caught in an escalator last month at a mall in northern Virginia. It's 10:44 AM and here I am drooling for something sweey and warm "hahaahha". It's almost merienda time and I am thinking what to fix for the me and the kids. I saw this photo and I am now thinking to make some because I think I have all the ingredients except the ube (yam) but sweet potato will do 'won't you think?.

Ginataang Bilo-bilo

1 c Glutinous rice flour (malagkit, AKA sweet rice)1/3 c Water3 c Coconut milk, thinned with1/2 c Water1 c Sugar2 c Large tapioca pearls (optional)1 1/2 c Coconut cream

Blend flour and water into a dough. Shape into balls 1/4 inch diameter. In a large pot, boil coconut milk, sugar and tapioca. When tapioca is transparent, add rice balls. When the rice balls are soft but firm and start to float, add coconut cream and boil for another 5 minutes or so. Serve hot

I been trying to eat healthy "ofcourse" after dreaming and thinking on making a brownie cheesecake "hahahha" awhile ago. Some friends, are telling me to start eating humus and I said what the heck you want me to eat crap "bwahahahha" ..I thought , she's talking about humus or composed for plants.

Anyway, I am going to the store tomorrow and look for this humus thingy and here I am looking for some recipes on how to prepare this thing so I won't be eating humus with salt and ground pepper all the time. I am dying to take some of my weight really bad and here I am trying to quit on eating like a pig "oink oink!".
