My boys, are now asleep ...to tired from trick and treating! We started early and went back home almost 8:30PM. I am proud of my Dylan, because he never say anything about our long walk. We went to ate out last weekend and I had some black bean soup and beef fajitas. Tonight, I decided to make my owned version of black bean soup with a twist because I am trying to cook it as less fat and calories as possible. I was glad, it turns out really good with a drops of chili sauce and lots of cilantro on it.

All I did was, mixed 2 big cans of black beans, 1 big can of tomato chunk, chopped onion, salt, ground pepper and cooked to perfection ! and add the cilantro, hot sauce and if you like to top it with lemon juice, avocado , cheese or sour cream then it's up to you.

I have to take him to the Vet once again because his still scratching like a mad dog with no reasons at all. I am fixing to buy his monthly heartworm medicine and the flea and ticks medicine too. I am now watching the movie "Freaks". It's pretty old movie (1932) and I have no idea why it was ban on some countries. Freaks, was stars a variety if genuine freaks that are mostly nothing more than people who where infortunate enough to be born with various conditions or deformities. Unfortunately, because of this some people looked upon with horror by the "normal"population at large, and it's only the genuinely caring among us like Phroso and Venus and Madame Tetrallini that treat these special people like what they are "human beings".This movie is really nice guys and I hope you can watch it too. Does anyone here saw the movie " The Kingdom" yet? I saw it lastnight and it was not bad nor super great but it definitely entairtaining...the film is about the FBI's pursuit of Islamic bad guys and is very provocative movie that offers more insight as to what's really going on out ther. I bought some bag of barquillos, otap and saging nilatikan from the Oriental store but I am crazy about this Barquillos even the kids and so as my Joe.

I just remember that Anaps, was asking me about leeks not long time ago after I posted about my leek soup . The Leek is a vegetable belonging, along with onion and garlic family.
