Bingka Please!
The litrato is not mine! but I am asking anybody who knew how to make this. Please, share your recipe to me "begging mood'...I've searched the net but cannot find any that is not too complicated.It would be easier to make some, if I'm in the Philippines and all ingredients are within reach. I can't even find any at the frozen section in International market.It look so yummy and will be perfect with hot cocoa in the morning.

hi sis. i have one in my food blog. but this recipe is the simplified version. got this from my mom and weve tried it a couple of times. i call it simplified coz you dont have to use "charcoal stove/kalan ba un? instead you just need to bake it.
