Egg Omellette

I have so much eggs in the fridge right now and I hope it won't get pangit soon. My chickens are laying eggs like crazy but we cannot consume all of it. I might bring some to my neighbors one day. I made a roasted turkey omellette the other day and it was delicious. I ate a bite and Joe ate the rest.I am still on my diet but broke the rules today. We went to a birthday party and I pig-out crazy.Oh well, we had fun and happy to see some old faces.Thanks Ate Delia and Kuya Mike for inviting us.

12:26 AMHumm, I would like to have chickens roaming around.. maybe someday when we move on a bigger place.. Chickens, sheep, ducks ,, my kids will love that!! Mas maganda siguro if your chicken lays a Golden egg.. That would be fun!!! I wish.........ha ha ha

Ay Mommy Lutchi...how I wish ako yung neighbor mo.
I would love to have chickens that lay eggs someday para naman hindi na namin bilhin pa.
Anyway, thx for the visit. Araw nga pala ng mga berde ngayon..har har har. I asked my husband yesterday while we were at Big Lots...di sya sure....
