Lechon Manok

We've just finished dinner and we had a rubbery, tough but yummy lechon chicken. The chicken was one of the broilers in my cage.I have no idea how old was it but golly! the boys was giving me a scary looks while chewing the meat . I guess, I will make some paksiw tomorrow and hoping it will get a little bit softer. Lechon manok is always my favorite as long it's not chewy and grilled to perfection "yum". Oh well! I am tired today or maybe just lazy...I still need to fix Zack egg drop experiment and get him ready for egg hunting too. The photo was taken from xelorz photostream.
