Palabok

photo grabbed from gita md 91 photostream

The last time I’ve eaten this food (palabok) was 3 years ago when I’ve visited the Philippines and I felt guilty for eating it just once at chowking (sana kain ako ng kain). I never thought on making them yet maybe one of these days when things are okay and if I get the chance to go to the Filipino store. I looked around at the international store but never found a palabok mix. Anyway, I just thought about it and now I am missing very badly. I wish I could just hop on the jeepney and go somewhere where the palabok is. Yum.
