War in Mindanao

I have been following the war in Mindanao and it looks like it’s not getting any better but worse everyday. Innocent lives were lost and there will be more if the government will not try harder. I am from Mindanao and this kind of thing is not new to me. I am 3 hours away from the war zone and it’s very scary yet it became normal to me. The number of Christians in Mindanao is huge and Mindanao is not for Muslim alone, I have no grudges with them because I have a huge number of Muslim friends and so far their decent as it can be. The rebels are trying to take over the island and they’ve been fighting for this issue for a long time now. It’s a long story and if you’re interested you can browse the net or look about the MoA (Memorandum of Agreement).
