I let my kids play in the computer online for games and sometime without my supervision. My eldest have just learned to browse on the internet and I am scared that he might land to a pornographic page. I have filter installed to both of our PC but I am still concern for their safety.

I was surfing online today and came across on detect porn by SurfRecon. I thought it’s a perfect tool to combat internet pornography. Filter is not enough anymore, we need both filter for adult content and also porno detection tool like SurfRecon to scan our computer regularly for any undesired elements. Parents should be more concern and watchful when their kids are online because there were evidences that filter alone is not safe anymore. I have read one article about a 16 years old student in Australia had cracked the Australian government’s $84 million dollar porn filter in around 30 minutes. It’s unbelievable but it’s true. So let’s make our internet safer from now on.

Yeah, internet is not safe for kids...that's why parents should be vigilant on the things that their children are accessing online.

Hello me too got scared on the thought that my 14 years old son might open pornography in the computer, but honestly that would be beyond my control since my son go to the internet cafe if he can't use our computer.
