I have been dieting since my last pregnancy. Losing weight and getting back in my normal size is pretty hard. It is a battle that I am still to conquer. I love to eat but exercise rarely so what do you expect. I went for my yearly check up 6 weeks ago and was surprised how much I weigh. I felt disappointed and gross out. I am glad I had the courage and support that I need to shed some of the unwanted fats. I already lose 6 pounds and still counting. I am now learning how to lose belly fat
