Feeling A lot better

The roof and walls of the house is finally clean! It looks so nice and new. I can’t wait for hubby to start scrubbing the porch floor and walk way. It’s covered with algae or something nasty. I don’t believe that the previous tenant of this house ever clean the outside. It was so nasty and somehow smelly.

We just got home from the store after taking the kid’s to the back school parking lot to drive their bicycles. It’s pretty nice today, the sun came out and the chilly wind subsided a little bit. Hopefully it will not get colder tonight because we’re planning to drive around the neighborhood and look some of the Christmas decors and lights. I feel a lot better today! Thank goodness.

I can’t wait to hit the mall and finish my birthday and Christmas shopping. I am not really looking forward to this task. It‘s time consuming and mind draining! For some reasons I hate shopping that much ‘weird huh?” I still need to grab some good cigars somewhere for my uncles back home. Nobody smoke in my family here so they can’t tell me which is good and affordable. I was surfing online for cigars and found some desirable. Hopefully everyone will like what I got for them. I can’t wait to send my balik-bayan box soon.

Happy Thanksgiving Day

Advance Happy Thanksgiving Day to all. I didn’t cook or bake anything yet. I think I will wait until tomorrow morning. I am not cooking much so there’s nothing to worry. I will bake my cornbread dressing, pies and sweet potato soufflé` in the morning and cook the rest before hubby get home from work. I will be quite busy I guess so no blogging and playing online for me. We don’t have any company coming so ‘hurry’! Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving to all.

pond pumps

The fall season will end soon but I still did not do anything for my vegetable garden. We are planning to make a high flower bed in front of the yard next year. I am thinking for a pond but hubby is hesitant. A friend has an old pond supplies to get rid off and she‘s giving it to me. I still need to look for pond pumps though. I wish I can raise some koi fish too. I think we have the perfect weather for koi fish down here. I better go look around who’s selling those kinds of fish.

When Your Back hurts!

I feel old with this aching back! I took some pain reliever already but it still hurting. Oh! Please do not suggest the salompas patches because they stink! I don’t like the smell of it and it remind me of my old folks ‘ahem’.

It feels nice to have a clean house. The kid’s already took a shower and everyone ate their dinner so here I am enjoying the night. I have few more tasks to finish online though. I feel tired but happy. The weather is so pretty today but I was too lazy to walk to town. I was not in the best mood this morning. I feel crappy and lazy. Oh well! I feel a lot better now and ready for Thanksgiving Day.

I think I hurt my back from cleaning this afternoon. I can’t stand looking the messy house anymore and decided to clean like there‘s no end. We decided to go ahead and celebrate Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. My turkey has been thawing in the fridge for two days now; hopefully it will be ready tomorrow afternoon. I have so many baking and errands to do. I still need to look for cardboard display for a friend. I am not planning to go anywhere on black Friday. How about you? I hate the big crowd and the pushing and pulling is not my cup of tea. I rather stay home and watch cartoons. Anyway, I will not make this entry any longer so I can go back to my work.

Crap…my head hurts ! We just got home from Wally world for some supplies and took the kid’s to pizza hut to redeem their pan pizza certificate from school. The weather is pretty nasty outside, it’s cold and gloomy. I bought all the things that I need for Thanksgiving dinner but I wish I pick the stuffs for the pecan pie too. My head is hurting so bad that I cannot think normally. All I want to do today is to stay in bed and sleep. I took the last migraine pill I had the other day and now I am suffering with throbbing/ stubbing pain. Let me get out now and suffer more.

social security disability

I received another letter from the social security department not long time ago. It just showing me some numbers that I contributed last year. My contribution is not much last year and it will get worse this year. Hubby also received a letter from the veteran’s office, nothing important just some reports. All these papers works that we need to submit soon. Hopefully our friend will get his social security disability papers approve soon. He could use the money so bad. Super Bored

I am so bored right now! If I could just run away to town and just go crazy then I will. Hubby just got home not long time ago. The kid’s are in their bedrooms watching TV. I have some tasks online that will due tonight so here I am trying to come up of something to write. I didn’t do anything interesting this week. I am too broke to go out and have fun. Oh! We finally transferred our Georgia licenses to Alabama ‘thank goodness’, we’ve been meaning to do it since we got here. Anyway, I will not make this entry any longer so I can start my chores. weight loss

We have so many holidays coming soon. There will be never ending parties and delicious food for everyone. I believe that the number of people who will gain weight during this time will be much higher and I am one of those people. But I promised to myself that I will not indulge too much to any of the heavenly goodness. I am still on a diet and weight loss program. I know that it’s not easy to say no to all the delicious food that my in-laws will be putting on table but I have to hold myself a little to avoid regrets after the holidays. Let’s enjoy the coming holidays without putting extra weight.

Asian or Oriental?

I miss going to the International market. It has been a year since the last time I went. It sucks to live away from the big city, where everything is too far away. Every time I crave for Asian food, I have to drive to Panama City. It’s quite far but it’s all worth it. The prices are quite high compare to the market I used to go before. I surfed online for Asian and Oriental market around my area and found two that are not very far from here. I can’t wait to drive tomorrow and see what they have to offer. Can’t wait!

Promotional flash drive

I can’t wait to send my balik-bayan boxes to the Philippines. Hopefully the next shipment will be schedule soon. One of my boxes is half-full so I still have enough time to shop for the rest of the things that my parents and relatives requested. I still need to make tons of copies of our pictures. I was thinking of saving some of the photos in a flash drives. I saw some great Promotional flash drive online and I might grab some extra for my cousins too. I feel sick again! What's Up,Sick Tummy

Hey guys, what’s up! I don’t feel good. I feel dizzy and my tummy is upset after eating fried food. I feel like crap right now and ready for bed. I still have couple of tasks online that are due at midnight. I wrote 10 entries last night and I am out of words. I am so happy to have all these opportunities; I could use some extra for the holidays. Dylan’s birthday is coming very soon and I am planning for a small party with friends.
