build muscle
I went to see my doctor two weeks ago and did another blood works. I feel relief knowing that I lose some weight. I still need to lost more weight and maybe build muscle too for leaner look. My cholesterol level is a little bit high so they’ve changed my diet again. I am trying not to indulge food too much and avoid bad fat as possible. My goals are to lost more weight, get leaner, and lower my bad cholesterol. These are my goals that need to be achieved, so wish me luck for a healthy mind and body.
