The Moneyline System and Totals System in NFL Betting
The moneyline process is probably the easiest form of betting in NFL betting. It consists basically on choosing a winner. Thus, all the pointspread fuzz is eliminated from your bet. Since there is no pointspread, the team you choose simply has to win, let it be by 1, 5, or 10 points. If the team wins, you win the bet. Easy, right? However, moneyline NFL betting is more risky than other betting processes, like for example, pointspread. Why? This is simply because you have to put in more to gain more because the odds are reduced. But, if you place a sensible bet, you will be able to make a stable win-rate with all your NFL bets.
Unlike moneyline, totals is not about choosing a winner. In fact, you do not bet on one team or the other, but you are betting on both: the total performance of both teams, thus, on the total amount of points that they will score together. You are given limits, and you are to choose whether or not the sum of the scores of both teams will lay under or over that limit. This betting can be a real monetary success when you choose the right pick. However, the danger lies in the unpredictability of the score. You never know when a game will have a lot of points.
