Advance Happy Labor Day

I don’t want to miss this celebration too, so let me say to everyone in advance “Happy Labor Day” to all. Hubby is going to work on Labor Day, it’s not a good thing but what can you do if you need the money to pay bills and buy food. We will be celebrating our holiday tomorrow “Sunday”. I have pork pata for lechon and maybe make some potato salad, and open some pork and beans or make some strawberry ice-cream for desserts. It’s not much but will surely enjoy this holiday. Anyway, I don’t have much to share; my head is still stuffy but not worse like yesterday. If things go well today then we might change plans and drive down to Pensacola for a day.
