We have one place in Cagayan De Oro City that only open during lunch to dinner and they served the best sisig ever. Its made of lean pork with some skin in it. I tried to find them but unfortunately , they closed long time ago . I can probably cook sisig but I will just wait until I get in the Philippines. It’s more delicious when someone is cooking it for you.

My life is in shambles right now. I don’t know what will happen next month or the next month. I am trying to hold on and started picking up the broken pieces. I have four months to go for our Philippines vacation so I am trying to lose all the extra weight to feel good and so nobody will say that I am fat. I am pretty excited about it, in spite of all the bad things that’s happening in my life right now. I can still afford to smile and dream for a better future for me and my kids.

I can’t wait to get another haircut and color my hair back to black again. I am tired of my half colored brown hair. It look so crappy and dead. I need to totally change my look for 2011. I want to be a new me now that I lose most of my undesirable weight. I still have 5 to 10 more lbs. to go, its not going to be easy but I am holding on. I wish the weather is a little bit nicer and warmer then maybe I can go out for a walk.

My New Year is alright, if I had the choice then I was probably somewhere fun with my kids. I miss Pinas and my closed friends a lot. I feel bitter sometimes for some reasons. Oh well, I should try to embrace 2011 more positively and enjoy life like I did when I was free and happy.
